I’m Stacey McKenna-Seed (BA Hons), DipCouns, MBACP) and I’m an outdoor counselling therapist.

I develop a collaborative relationship with clients giving you the freedom to guide your therapeutic journey, at your own pace, with a focus on making a positive difference for you. I specialise in walking talking therapy, forest bathing, using creative strategies, symbolism and metaphor in nature, to support clients with meaning making. I work using a trauma-informed, relational approach with young people and adults.

My philosophy is underpinned in eco-psychology, the human emotional connection to nature. Nature has been proved to be healing and therapeutic. Spending time in the open air relaxes the body, and when combined with movement, can expand the mind and provide a space away from every day demands to explore any issues you are having.
